SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece is packed and shipped directly from our studio in the UK. 

UK SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days from dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

  • Tracking: All UK orders are fully tracked. You'll get a tracking link emailed to you the second your package leaves the studio.

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Delivery Window: 5–11 business days, depending on your local postal service.

  • Customs & Import Fees: All EU orders are shipped with correct electronic customs declarations. Any local VAT, import duties, or handling fees applied by your country’s border control are your responsibility to cover upon arrival. We have zero control over local customs offices.

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Delivery Window: 7–14 business days.

  • Tracking: International orders are fully tracked. Once it’s in transit, transit times depend on local postal networks. We can't make the planes fly any faster.

DISPATCH & PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order. During new drop launches, order volumes are high, so give us a moment to get through them all.

  • Weekends & Holidays: We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
